Bob Dittman talks with Dr. Heather Rice, the Executive Director of Whosoever Gospel Mission in Philadelphia on how they help homeless men get off the streets and renew their lives. Rice says they are an "institutional mission," in that they not only offer men a place to stay, but offer counseling, medical services, job training, and assistance for housing once a man has completed their program.
