Jeanice Lee talks to Maria Glanz, Executive Director of Vashon-Maury Senior Center. They service hot meals & salads three days a week and they will deliver meals to Seniors who are homebound. Glanz says their Care-aVan will bring people to the center from all over the island. They have 20+ programs every week that help keep bodies and minds healthy. They have numerous activities such as Dance for Parkinson's class. Glanz says their Senior Center Village takes the Senior Center out into the community, providing rides and chore help. 55+ can access many supportive services. (VashonCenter.org)
