Ron Turner talks with Tom Rowe, Supervisor of Sugar Grove Township about its key functions. He explains how they are responsible for everything from Roads and Bridges to Public Safety, as well as Social Services to the general public. He is especially proud of their senior services that provide lawn mowing and snow removal services as well as transportation program that will give registered seniors rides to doctors, shopping and social events for a nominal fee.
