Tanya Bohannon talks with Dave Roberts, Board Member of the Humane Society of Putnam County. Robert shares the mission purpose and gives us a brief look at how he got involved. Roberts shares the reasons animals are turned over to them and how they work with people to help them keep their animal. He also talks about the process to foster and adopt an animal and explains how the Humane Society and the Sherrif’s department work together to provide shelter for animals who would otherwise be on the streets.
