Jeanice Lee talks to Wanda Myers, Educational Programs Manager of Braille Institute San Diego. Braille Institute serves anyone who is visually impaired or blind. Located in Serra Mesa at 9635 Granite Ridge Drive in S.D., Myers shares the various free programs, services, and classes they offer anyone with vision loss or impairment such as Braille and “Connection Pointe” which helps people learn how to use technology. Myers says they also offer daily living skill classes, mobility, independent living skills, art, music and more.
