Monika Kelly speaks to Cathy Bouchard, Specialty Director for Hope Services. The organization serves people with developmental disabilities (a severe and chronic disability) and mental health needs attributable to a mental or physical impairment that begins before adulthood, such as intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, and Down syndrome. In addition, they serve those who have mental health conditions. Hope Services provides services to 3,700 people and their families in nine Bay Area Counties and provide a broad spectrum of services.
