Jeanice Lee talks to Michelle Sandoval, Office Administrator of NDR Therapeutic Riding in Norco, CA. Sandoval describes the various programs they offer people 4+ to help with mental health, sensory needs, orthopedic/neurological diagnoses and more. They help people build confidence, overcome social/emotional challenges, and help with physical movement. They create a personalized program to help people meet goals and build endurance. Their therapeutic adaptive riding lessons are 1 ½ hr on a weekly basis. NDR instructors and participants/guardians work together to ensure that each lesson is moving toward safe outcomes.
