Jeanice Lee talks to Kathy Jenkins Founder of Oatman Burros Rehab & Recovery Sanctuary. Jenkins shares the history of the burros. Jenkins says burros can remember things up to 20 yrs. Burros are friendly, playful, affectionate and have good instincts. Jenkins says although friendly to remember they are wild animals and to please not feed them on the side of the road as they can get injured. Jenkins says they rehab and adopt out burros or some will stay living at the sanctuary for life.
