Air1 New Song Feature: "Trust You Again" Rolling Hills Worship feat. Jordan St. Cyr

Rolling Hills Worship (RH Worship) extends an invitation into a life of deeper faith on “Trust You Again.” The fresh original features lead vocals from singer/songwriter Jordan St. Cyr, who is also one of the song’s co-writers.

Together with background singer, RH Worship’s Jennifer Akers, St. Cyr declares that no matter what happens next, we can step into an unknown future because we are led, held and protected by a known God. Extolling His faithfulness in the past, the collective looks toward a hopeful future, expectant for what the Lord will do and how He will move.

Your ways are higher than my own, beyond anything I’ve ever known. Over and over and over You give reason to trust You again and again,” RH Worship proclaims in the chorus. “Nothing comes close to what You’ve done. Nothing compares to how You love. Over and over and over You give reason to trust You again and again. So whatever comes next, I can trust You again.”

The sparsely produced recording builds to a crescendo, bursting into a fervent bridge that echoes the timeless truth found in Lamentations 3:22-23: “The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning.”

A song of surrender, “Trust You Again” boasts vertical lyrics that unfold like a personal vow — a contrast to St. Cyr’s typical faire, which regularly showcases his penchant for storytelling, as evidenced on his recently released sophomore album, “My Foundation.” This selection, however, proves the troubadour is just as adept at leading worship.

Meanwhile, RH Worship is the creative expression of Rolling Hills Community Church. With five campuses across Nashville and the surrounding area, Rolling Hills Community Church is one of the nation’s fastest-growing congregations.

“With original music being released several times a year, our hope is that we’ll reach people not only in the Nashville area but around the country and across the world with the grace and truth found in the lyrics of our songs,” the group collectively states. “To God be all the glory and honor for what He’s doing through our ministry and our church!”
