Praise is a part of prayer (talking to God) where we are simply giving God the recognition he deserves. The Bible gives us many ways to express praise. We can lift our hands, clap our hands, sing songs, dance like King David, give thanks or verbally tell God how awesome He is. Whatever way you choose to worship it needs to be with all of your heart.
