Question: How do I select my T-shirt size?

Answer: T-shirt size selection will be made via email, so please make sure you have access to your inbox, and that you have a current email address on file with us. To ensure you receive our emails, please add hello@air1.com and air1@air1.com to your address book. Be sure to check each folder of your email.

Question: What do I need to do to have my T-shirt shipped to my address?

Answer: To review the mailing address we have on file for you, please call us, email us or log in to your My Account to verify your information. This is where we will ship your free Air1 thank-you T-shirt.


If you are having trouble accessing your My Account, it is possible you’re using a different email address than the one we’ve associated with your giving, or you don’t have an account already set up. Please call us and we will help!

Question: Who receives a T-shirt?

Answer: A generous group of Air1 donors has made it possible for us to gift an Air1 T-shirt to eligible donors. Donors who gift $30 a month, or a one-time gift of $360 or more, are eligible to receive one (1) T-shirt. Donors who gift $60 a month, or a one-time gift of $720 or more, are eligible to receive 2 (two) T-shirts. This is communicated only by email so check your giving account and make sure your email address is correct. 

Question: We give as a family. Can everyone get a T-shirt or can we purchase these on our own?

Answer: We love our Air1 family! This time we have some limits based on inventory, and we’re not able to offer a store to purchase extra shirts. The current limit is two (2) shirts per household with a qualifying gift. A household qualifies to claim two shirts with a one-time gift of $720 or more or a monthly donation of $60 or more.

Question: What is the cutoff date to respond with my T-shirt size, and what if I miss the date?

Answer: We recommend clicking the link in the email as soon as you can. The last day to submit your T-shirt size is Dec. 27, 2024. This is your last chance to claim the 2024 Air1 T-shirt, so please don’t miss the cutoff date!

Question: When will I receive my shirt?

Answer: Because shipping timelines vary, you should receive your shirt by the end of February, 2025.

Question: If I claimed two shirts, should I receive them at the same time?

Answer: Commonly, T-shirt vendors fulfill orders based on size. It is very possible that you receive two shirts of different sizes at different times.

Question: What should I do if I haven’t received my shirt?

Answer: You should receive your shirt by the week of March 10, 2025. If you have not received it by then, please email us HERE, and we'll figure it out with you!

Question: What are the specs of the shirt?

Answer: These black unisex shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, with the Air1 motto “Worship Through It” on the front. There is a size chart in inches below!

Question: I am located outside of the United States. Are shirts shipped internationally?

Answer: We love our Air1 family all over the globe! Unfortunately, we are limited by shipping constraints and cannot ship out of the U.S. at this time.

Question: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Answer: We are not able to offer size exchanges at this time. Please be sure to look at the measurements closely before making your size selection.

Question: What are the shirt measurements?

Answer: Size offerings are XS-3XL. (The size chart is below.) These are all unisex, adult sizes.
