Becky Hansen talks with Sasha Comacho, Executive Director of SoleAna Stables - improving the lives of the military community and individuals with disabilities in Houston with Equine Therapy. Comacho describes the therapy sessions and stresses that the voice of the rider is of utmost importance because feeling safe is the first step. In addition, lesson time is caregiver respite time and some caregivers use that time for a nap each week or to collaborate with other families. (www.soleanastables.org)
