Kindra Ponzio talks with Adriana Caldera Boroffice, Exec Dir, YWCA DV. Boroffice talks about the significance of educating the public but also youth and kids. They offer trainings in schools and many different organizations. Boroffice has seen that many times the behavior is generational and kids are not being taught what healthy relationships look like. She shares the impact domestic violence has on the kids and family. They offer a lot of services for victims but also for the abuser, to help to break the cycle. Education is the best defense.
