Natalie Carlisle

Natalie Carlisle was named senior vice president of donor engagement in December 2023. Prior to joining EMF, she was chief development officer for Florida-based international charity Food for the Poor where she served for 13 years.

Additionally, her nearly 30 years of experience has included senior leadership positions in development with United Methodist Senior Services, Development Systems International, and extensive professional consulting roles. In her role at EMF, Natalie provides supporters with opportunities to share what God has blessed them with to help bring people closer to Christ.

Natalie is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She holds a certificate from the Planned Giving Institute at the College of William and Mary and is designated as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
