His works are beyond our understanding. We will never be able to comprehend His thoughts or ways, but we can trust Him and know that His plans for us are for good and not for evil. He will keep us safe in His everlasting arms.

To forsake someone is to abandon that person. God’s promise does not mean that if we trust in Him we will escape loss or suffering; it means that God Himself will never leave us no matter what we face.
