Podcasts
What you'll need to do:
Software: You'll either need iTunes or what's called a "podcast aggregator". We recommend Juice (Download from Sourceforge.net). It's Open Source, free and easy to use.
Using iTunes, just click on the podcast links below, and you'll be set.
Using Juice, simply copy the URLs that appear directly below the podcast you are looking for. (Sorry, there's no magic button for folks that use Juice.) In Juice or iTunes, you can set how often you'd like it to update and download. Once you've downloaded to your computer, you can sync that podcast to your MP3 player (iPod or other device) per the manufacturer's instructions.
That's all there is to do! Just like that, you're hearing Air 1 on your computer or MP3 player!
