The Local Promotions Manager is a regionally based position to be located at our Lakewood Regional Office. This position is responsible for the promotion and positive representation of K-LOVE and Air 1 (depending on the region). The Local Promotions Manager develops strong relationships and presence within the community, enhancing ministry visibility and brand recognition resulting in increased listeners and committed donor partners.

Qualification/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a radio/broadcasting/music industry promotions role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience and skill creating contagious enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Good written & verbal communication skills and confident public speaking skills a must.
• This position regularly lifts and/or moves equipment up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds.
• This position regularly travels for work purposes and requires reliable transportation.
• Candidates currently residing in the Denver / Lakewood area preferred.

Education Requirements:

BA/BA in marketing, broadcasting, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience

Employment Requirements:

News Anchor/Reporter/Producer - Denver, CO

The News Anchor/Reporter/Producer for Colorado serves as the eyes and the ears of the K-LOVE and Air 1 News Department for all EMF local station markets within Colorado. This is a regional position that will be located at our Lakewood, CO Regional Office.  This involves preparing and delivering morning weather & traffic updates, completing story assignments and public affairs programming as well as handling any major emergency situations that occur within the region.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Broadcast News industry.
• Experience creatively writing and delivering on-air, self generated news copy for anchoring.
• Experience researching public affairs assignment topics, conduct interviews and assembling into program segments
• Ability to be flexible in an ever changing news environment
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Navigation)
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Candidates will also be screened on possessing the appropriate K-LOVE sound.  So candidates should be prepared to submit an air check upon request.
• Candidates currently residing in the Denver/Lakewood, CO area are preferred.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree; or equivalent work experience in radio broadcasting

Philanthropy & Systems Coordinator

The Philanthropy & Systems Coordinator serves as the right hand for the VP of Philanthropy assisting with donor portfolio management, coordination of various department objectives and activities, first point of contact for department questions and systems troubleshooting, and day to day support and administrative management during VPs absence and travel schedule. This position provides professional service to donors, answering questions in the absence of the VP; resolves staff questions and technical concerns; and manages behind the scenes administrative functions related to the VPs schedule, travel and meeting coordination, and day to day task completion.

Qualification/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, oral and written communications skills
• Strong computer skills; advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with contact management software and customer relationship management tools required. Specific experience with Crystal Reports and Donor Studio is highly desired.
• Database and/or automated system experience required. Knowledge and experience creating reporting mechanisms and data entry required.
• Strong technical aptitude. Track record of process analysis and contribution to technical systems creation and improvements in client/donor tracking, phone systems, and reporting mechanisms. Proven success partnering with I.T. to accomplish system objectives.
• Strong attention to detail; proven organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well within a fast paced environment.
